P&H Grain Elevator

Hello Friends!

The other day, my husband encouraged me to get out and take some pictures of local buildings & landscapes. So, I got up early and took a few shots of a building I've been admiring for quite some time!

HISTORY
The P&H stand for Parrish and Heimbecker, Two grain trading families founded Parrish and Heimbecker Limited over 100 years ago.   In 1909, fifty year old W.L. Parrish from Brandon, Manitoba partnered with 30 year old Norman Heimbecker from Hanover, Ontario to start the company.  Along with many professional managers, those 2 Canadian families continue to own and actively manage the company today. They have grain elevators from Vancouver across to Ontario.

Grab a cup of tea, and enjoy these few winter-ie pictures.
